Selected hedonic, stress-related and hippocampal measures improved. The forced-swim immobility endpoint did not show the same pattern.

How should it be interpreted?
Animal behavioral tasks do not diagnose or demonstrate treatment of human depression. Neutral endpoints and differences between the two peptides belong in the interpretation.
